We apologize, but due to our limited staff, we are generally unable to accommodate such requests. However, we can store your luggage (excluding valuables) at the entrance if needed.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at our guesthouse.
Is it possible for children to stay?
Yes, we welcome families with children at our guesthouse. Children can stay in a single room with parents or in the dormitory. If you have any special requests to ensure your child's comfort, please feel free to consult with us in advance.

Can you tell me about the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
50% of the accommodation fee for cancellations made the day before
100% of the accommodation fee for cancellations made on the same day
100% of the accommodation fee for no-show cancellations
Please note that in cases of natural disasters or when transportation to the hotel is disrupted, we may waive the cancellation fee.
